• > The domain name www.hitechkisan.com, including the related website and mobile application as well as the portal www.hitechkisan.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), is owned and operated by HI-TECH KISAN AGRO FARM (hereinafter referred to as 'Hi-Tech Kisan'), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at NEAR PRATHIMIK VIDHILAY PRATHAM INDAURA BAGH, 26, VILL-RAJAPUR, INDAURABAGH, BAKSHI KA TALAB, LUCKNOW, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226202.
• > If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such a transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with Hi-Tech Kisan, and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations to Hi-Tech Kisan.
• > When you use any current or future services provided by us through the Platform, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, and they shall be deemed incorporated into the ToU and considered a part and parcel of the ToU.

Account Deactivation

As per our policy, if a you requests the closure of the account, the account will be put on hold for a period of 30 days to ensure smooth closure of transactions made prior to the closure request. During this period, you can contact us for download payment and taxation reports if required.

After Deleting Account Certain information, such as the registered mobile number, registered email ID, and other transaction-related information, will be retained for audit purposes and to prevent fraudulent acts by service providers in the future. If user decides to commence business with Hi-Tech Kisan again, they will not be able to create a new account, but the older account can be restored if required.

Platform for Transaction and Communication

Hi-Tech Kisan is a platform that users utilize to independently service, meet, and interact with one another for their transactions. Hi-Tech Kisan is not and cannot be a party to any transaction or dispute between users on the Platform.

Jurisdictional Issues / Sale in India Only

Hi-Tech Kisan makes no representation that the material on the mobile app is appropriate or available for use in other locations/countries other than India. Those who choose to access the mobile app from other locations/countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Hi-Tech Kisan is not responsible for supply of products or services/refund for the products or services ordered from other locations/countries other than India and compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
